1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Sengtoto ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the Sengtoto platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided therein.

By accessing or using the sengtoto platform, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use Sengtoto's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• An individual who is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online wagering activities are fully prohibited by local law.
• Never previously banned or suspended by Sengtoto.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of another person.

Sengtoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is proven that a member is under 18 years of age, the account will be terminated immediately and all remaining funds will be frozen pending the completion of the investigation.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at Sengtoto. Owning more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved without a balance refund.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including:

• Full name as per valid identification document.
• An active phone number that can be reached.
• A valid and active email address.
• Accurate date of birth.
• Bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Sengtoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. The KYC process is an industry standard designed to protect the security of your account.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Sengtoto supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit:

• Deposits from third parties or using payment methods not belonging to you are strictly prohibited.

6Game Rules

All games available on the sengtoto platform are subject to their respective rules as stated in each game's help section. Members are required to understand the rules of each game before placing bets.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, sengtoto will endeavour to restore the game to its last verified state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be returned to the member's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Sengtoto reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Minimum and maximum wagering limits for each game are as displayed within the game itself.

7Member Conduct

Sengtoto expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously towards all other users and platform staff. The following are strictly prohibited on the sengtoto platform:

• Use of abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards any user or sengtoto staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt sengtoto systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, obscene, or inflammatory.
• Using the sengtoto platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Impersonating sengtoto staff or representatives without official authorisation.

Any violation of the above conduct rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination, and sengtoto reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

8Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the sengtoto customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days once all conditions have been met.

Sengtoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There has been a breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering is detected.
• Information provided during registration found to be false or misleading.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Required to do so by the relevant authorities or courts.

If an account is terminated due to fraud, sengtoto reserves the right to freeze all funds in that account pending investigation, and those funds may not be returned depending on the outcome of the investigation.

9Liability Limits

Sengtoto shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, hardware issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses from bets placed legitimately in accordance with the game rules.
• Use of your account by a third party who gained access due to your own negligence.
